Low Cost Compact Palletising Cell

These systems are designed to occupy a minimal footprint without compromising on flexibility and performance. Product can be palletisied on to Chep and Euro pallets up to a maximum height of 2.2m.

When single picking the cells can handle product at rates up to 600/hr with higher rates possible if picking multiples. 

The single cell footprint is within 2.3m x 2.5m and can payback in less than a year. The twin cell is within 2.5m x 3.8m and can payback in 18 months.

The twin cell allows pallets to be changed over without stopping the robot allowing continuous production.

Vacuum, plate or finger grippers can be specified.

The cells can also be configured as portable units that are self contained, requiring only power and compressed air to operate. It is also possible to incorporate layer sheets if required.
