High Speed Palletising

High speed robot box palletising systems for a well established UK convenience food manufacturer. These systems run 24/7 for 360+ days a year with some first installed in 2008.

They are designed to be simple to operate and efficient to run, with single and twin pallet configurations. The twin pallet cells allow a full pallet to be changed over whilst the robot continues to stack on the other pallet.

Pallets are placed directly on the floor and are located in to guides equipped with sensors to detect the pallet and product.

Production rates of up to 22 boxes/minute (1300+ boxes/hour) are possible due to the high speed Kawasaki palletising robots combined with automated box collation conveyors that enable multiple products to be picked.
